For the launch of two new models, the CLA and GLA, Mercedes-Benz USA needed a site redesign. In addition to giving the site a responsive web UI, the redesign addressed complex UX issues such as the "build" tool.

The site redesign beat organic and total traffic goals and set new user engagement records in 2013.
Client feedback was unanimously positive, and the site moved into maintenance and enhancement iterations for the next five years.
